Teriyaki Salmon Drunken Noodles
A Thai-inspired dish featuring C.Wirthy’s succulent Teriyaki Salmon effortlessly paired with roasted vegetables and drunken noodles

C.Wirthy Teriyaki Salmon – 10oz
Ingredients
- 2 ea C. Wirthy Teriyaki Salmon
- 1 cup Baby Bell Peppers diced 1/2″
- 1 cup Broccoli cut into 1/2″ pieces
- 1/2 cup Carrots, julienne
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
For the Drunken Noodles
- 4 oz Rice Noodles
- 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 4 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
For the Garnish
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds black and\or white
- 2 tbsp Scallions, sliced
Directions
- Toss all of the vegetables in a large bowl with the vegetable oil.
- Add to a sheet pan along with the portions of Teriyaki Salmon and cook according to the package instructions of the Salmon.
For the Drunken Noodles
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and prepare the rice noodles according to their package instructions.
- Plate 2 cups of Drunken Noodles and vegetables in a shallow bowl. Top with C-Wirthy Teriyaki Sesame Salmon, and garnish with thin, bias sliced scallions and black and white sesame seeds.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil to a large saute pan. Heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes over a medium setting.
- Add the cooked rice noodles along with the vegetables to the saute pan and toss well to completely coat both with the sauce.
To Finish
- Divide the noodles equally between two bowls and top with a fully cooked portion of Teriyaki Salmon. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
