C. Wirthy Atlantic Salmon - Center Cut Fillets
Frozen Corn on the Cob Lemon or lime juice
1. Boil a pot of water on high setting. 2. When the water is boiling, place the C. Wirthy Frozen Salmon (still in the pouch) and the corn on the cob in the water. 3. The frozen food will cool the water. When it starts to boil again, reduce to medium heat (hot enough to keep it boiling). 4. Boil for about 20 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and drain water. 6. Open salmon pouch and drain water.
1. Squirt a little lime (or lemon) juice on the salmon. 2. Butter and season corn as desired.
