Defrosted C. Wirthy salmon fillets - 1 per person
Olive oil, salt, pepper, dill or other seasoning

Instructions:
Defrost C. Wirthy salmon fillets, pat dry with paper towels, rub with olive oil, season to taste. Heat oven to 500 F. Line a rimmed roasting pan with parchment paper. Place on lowest rack. Place C. Wirthy salmon fillets on parchment paper. Reduce heat to 275 for 9-12 minutes or 125 degrees F on instant read thermometer.

Top with preferred relish, dill, tomato, cucumber, basil etc.
